Lighthouse Beach IT has a 7 day refund request policy, which means you have 7 days after the service work was completed to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, Lighthouse Beach IT will need to be satisfied that the service provided did not fix or provide a solution to the original request. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Lighthouse Beach IT will notify you once your refund request has been received. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
As payment is required at the completion of the service and prior to collection of your IT device, please inspect your IT device and advise us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
