What a star David is. Turned up on time, listened patiently to our problems. Spoke plain English, not computer mumbo jumbo. Fixed the problems and explained clearly what he had done. He has a lovely friendly approach. His service and attention to detail were first rate. I can highly recommend him.
David solved a problem that was preventing the operation of the web camera on out computer. Other avenues of help were engaged without success. David persisted until he found the problem and we were very happy with his service. He also cleaned the computer and it has never operated better.

Big thanks to Lighthouse IT for the great work on my 5 year old Mac. Installed some new software, cleaned up the machine, and updated the system etc. The booking process with very prompt and friendly, and I felt very comfortable and happy to have David come over and work on my computer! Definitely recommend.

I had a prob with my laptop suddenly not gaining access to my inhouse WiFi network that I couldn't solve even given my background in IT .... called Dave who was available the very next day; he came out to our place and given his structured approach in trouble shooting & problem solving, a solution to resolve the issue was found & installed .... all good , thanks Dave.
